Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms apply to every purchase on watchbenchsupply.com. The seller is Christopher Durand, a sole trader trading as Watchbench Supply, with a business address at 428 S. Reese Pl., Burbank, California 91506-2725, United States. Contact: info@watchbenchsupply.com.

Orders, prices and delivery

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping to the US and the EU. EU orders: import VAT and a courier handling fee may be charged by the carrier on delivery. This is collected by the carrier, not by us, and is not included in our prices. US orders: any import duties are covered by us.

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. If we can't fulfil it, we tell you and refund in full.

Delivery times are estimates and are stated on each product page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns, liability and law

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your EU right of withdrawal and legal guarantee.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for a claim is limited to the price paid for the item concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without depriving EU consumers of the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
