Watch tools, watch care products and watch winders, described accurately.

We sell watch tools, care products and watch winders online to customers in the United States and the European Union. We don't manufacture them, and we'd rather say so plainly than imply otherwise.

What we actually do. We stock the tools a collector actually uses at home: taking a strap off, sizing a bracelet, opening a case back, bringing a polish back. Each listing says what the tool does, what's in the box and where it ships from.

What we don't claim. We don't manufacture anything and we don't own a workshop. No photograph on this site is staged to suggest we do. We're the people who chose this range, answer for it when something is wrong, and take it back if it isn't right.

Returns, plainly. Thirty days to return anything for a full refund. Faulty, damaged or wrong item, we pay the postage both ways. Changed your mind, you cover the return. No restocking fee.

Three things we do differently

Every listing says what's in the box

Piece counts, what each tool is for and what it won't do. If a kit arrives short of what we listed, we send the missing part or refund you in full.

We tell you where it ships from

Tools and kits ship from our partner warehouse in the United States or Europe, whichever is closer to you, and usually arrive in 3 to 10 days. Polishing cream ships from Germany to EU addresses in 3 to 8 days, and from our partner workshop to US addresses in 8 to 12 days. Watch winders ship from our partner workshop in China and usually arrive in 8 to 15 days.

We're upfront about import taxes

EU orders: import VAT and a courier handling fee may be charged by the carrier on delivery. This is collected by the carrier, not by us, and is not included in our prices. US orders: any import duties are covered by us.
